Papad Katori Chaat

Preparation Time- 30 min

 • 5 Papad
 • 2 Cups Boiled Chickpea(Chole)
 • 1 Onion chopped
 • 1 Tomato chopped
 • 1 Green Chilly chopped
 • Coriander leaves
 • 1 Cup Boondi
 • Red Chilly Powder
 • Cumin Seeds
 • Amchur powder
 • Salt to taste
 • Sev or Bhujia
 • 2 Spoons Lemon Juice

 Add all the ingredients in a bowl except papad & sev and mix well. Dip papad in water for 2-3 seconds until soft, keep it on a paper towel till dry. Grease a katori, spread the papad in katori and gently press the centre down. Microwave it for a minute on HIGH. Check that it should not be wet from anywhere otherwise keep it in microwave for a few more seconds. Slowly lift the papad from katori and set it in a plate, now the papad katori is ready. Heat the mixture in microwave and add boondi. Fill the papad katori with chickpea mixture and garnish with coriander leaves, sev and green chilly.
